“Exerting a Performance Based on the Role” of Each Person Would Strengthen the Organization

I have a theme which I would like to think together with you during this year.
It is “Exerting a Performance Based on the Role of Each Person Would Strengthen the Organization.”

I believe that a person who can “exert a performance based on their role” is, a person who think about what the person should do, make a decision on how the person should act, and actively make an effort.

I believe that Meitec engineers are always making an effort to output additional performance beyond our client’s expectation under an environment of working together with our clients. Therefore, many of you are naturally able to exhibit “exerting a performance based on the role” and actively making efforts.

But if all the members of the organization are not mutually understood the same purpose, each person’s “exert a performance based on their role” may not lead to an achievement of the organization.

These words mean that by each person exerting maximum performance based on their role with consciously being aware of the same purpose, it will lead to achievement of the organization beyond the expectation.
To complete a mission, it is important to challenge to provide higher value by while confirming that we are aiming for the same purpose among superior and colleagues of the organization.
This strength is exactly the “followership.”

How do I contribute to people surrounding me?
How does an organization or a team I am with will contribute to the other organization?
How should I communicate with others to realizing the purpose?
Not just by the direction of leadership of your superior, if there are the “followership” among colleagues and superior, the organization would be much stronger.
And this will be your added value and will lead to higher evaluation by your clients.

I wish that every engineer will act with a viewpoint of “followership” to maximize exerting of your performance based on the role.
And for our administrative employee, in order to support our engineers and the manufacturing industry clients, I would like each and every one to strengthen your “followership” to achieve higher exert of performance based on your role, and achieve stronger organization, Meitec.

From the second half of the fiscal year, each office is holding an overnight seminar as every year.
I think many offices’ overnight seminar is still to be held. I hope you will actively participate in it. It is a good opportunity to recognize the mutual connection among, not just among other engineers, but among office manager, sales staffs, and administrative staffs.
Although everyone has different role, it will be a chance to discuss and think about “followership” of each. I wish that you will make a good use of it.
