1974 Nagoya Technical Center Co., Ltd. Incorporated.
1979 Incorporation of an affiliate, the Japan Machinery Design Co.Ltd.
(company name was changed to JEX Co., Inc. in 1985).
1985 Changed its name to MEITEC CORPORATION.
1987 Listed at Second Section of the Nagoya Stock Exchange.
1988 Established the Nagoya Techno-Center.
The Nagoya Techno-Center was selected by Nihon Keizai Shimbun as the winner of the National Award for the Most Outstanding High-Technology Organization of 1988.
1991 Listed at Second Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
1992 Established the Kobe Techno-Center.
Kobe Techno-Center was selected by Nihon Keizai Shimbun as the winner of the National Award for the Most Outstanding High- Technology Organization of 1992.
1993 Established the Atsugi Techno-Center.
1994 Launched business concept, Engineering Outsourcing.
1998 Listed on the First Section of the Tokyo stock exchanges.
2000 Obtained ISO 9001 certification.
2005 Obtained ISO 14001 certification.
2016 Obtained license for Worker Dispatching Undertakings.
April2017 Established the slogan "Engineering Firm at The Core," which conveys the essence of the Meitec Group's philosophy
December2017 Relocated head office from Akasaka, Minato-ku (Tokyo) to Ueno, Taito-ku (Tokyo)

October.1.2023 The business name will be changed from Meitec Corporation to Meitec Group Holdings Inc. on October 1, 2023. The business name will be changed from Meitec Split Preparatory Company to Meitec Corporation on October 1, 2023.
