As the company have announced to you, the company is preparing to draw up new Mid Term Corporate Management Plan starting from next fiscal year. The new plan would not just be a plan to meet a income target, but would be a guideline of how we will survive and realize our growth under rapidly changing market environment.

As the company have announced to you, the company is preparing to draw up new Mid Term Corporate Management Plan starting from next fiscal year. The new plan would not just be a plan to meet a income target, but would be a guideline of how we will survive and realize our growth under rapidly changing market environment.

For example, we know that key factors which our customers require us are; cost, quality and speed. And we should focus on what we have started to see under the crisis environments in customer evaluation regarding our quality which we consider important. We define the elements of our quality as the technological skills, reliability and humanity in our ISO management systems. Now we should review how we were able to meet the customer expectation in terms of quality as the No. 1 company in its business. We also should face how such expectations have been changing.

These things are not easy things to accept. But I believe that it is necessary to step into such in our new Mid-Term Corporate Management plan.
