Special Sales Promotion Month

Again, this year, we have set the period beginning from July 1st to day before the summer vacation as the Special Sales Promotion Month. Because our sales force will concentrate their effort on their sales activities more than prior months, as other departments will be doing, I would like to ask for your understanding and cooperation as well.

From the beginning of this fiscal year, average number of new contracts has continued to be better than that of latter half of previous year. This was achieved with your cooperation in the sales activities. I would like to express my sincere appreciation.

Some time, I hear some engineers saying “I understand the request for cooperation in sales. Just tell me what you want me to do”. I am very grateful to this. In such instance, I return “Please do everything you can think of“ to them. To confirm what they have achieved, please check the cooperation examples reported in the in-house web publication as well.

Examples report there are only portion of what have been achieved. But I believe they will be useful to you. I wrote about “Self supporting” in January issue of in-house publication. And there are examples of finding new assignment on it own. Also, beyond self supporting, there are many examples of supporting others.

During the special sales promotion month, let us all unit to reinforce the sales activities.
